A Pilates trainer since 2000 and an LPTA since 2004, Debra has been building the Pilates program at PTI since 2005. She was formerly Dance Medicine Specialist at Saint Francis Hospital, one of the first clinics in the U.S. to incorporate Pilates with traditional physical therapy. She has completed many continuing education courses in manual therapy techniques with a special emphasis on Myofascial Release.

Dance and the Arts, Pilates and gym workouts, the occasional ballet class, and learning of all sorts.
